Do you ship from the United States?

Yes! We are proud to offer shipping to the United States from the United States on aour products. Please refer to the item description for average fulfillment/shipping times. Please note custom items may be fulfilled outside of the USA if the blank material is not in stock at the USA warehouse.

Do you ship to any countries outside of the United States (Worldwide)?

No. unfortunately we do not provide any shipping options to countries outside of the United States.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Our processing and shipping times vary by product and time of year. All orders are shipped domestically in the United States. Unfortunately, we are not able to control shipping delays caused by the carrier service. 

Can I pay for faster shipping?

No, we are not able to offer any additional shipping options at this time.

Where is the tracking information?

The tracking information is located on the order status page in the tracking number section above "Order updates". An email is also generated once an item has shipped.

Why has my tracking information not updated?

The tracking information that is provided is not always real-time information. The shipping provider may delay updating the tracking information for several days or weeks in certain circumstances. This doesn't always indicate a delay in the shipping of the item.

Can you change my shipping address?

The majority of our orders are processed the same day we receive them. If you accidentally use the incorrect address for shipping please contact us immediately at Sales@NeomaSanativa.com 

If we receive your e-mail within 24 hours of the order we are usually able to correct the issue. 

Why are there different refund policies?

We work with a variety of suppliers and not all suppliers offer the same refund policy. For example, certain custom decor can only be returned for misprinted/damaged/defective items within 30 days of receiving the item, however, handmade items are not returnable. Please refer to the item description for our refund policy.

Why are there multiple addresses for returns?

Since we work with a wide variety of suppliers and not all returns are accepted in a central location. For example, if three products are ordered and you would like to return them then there is a chance that there could be three different addresses to return those products to.
